refunds and returns
At lunaperegrino.com, each artwork and product is prepared with care and attention. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return under the conditions described below.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
We accept exchanges and returns provided that:
You notify us of your decision to return or exchange the item within 14 days of receiving your order.
The returned item reaches us within 14 days of the date you communicated your decision.
The item is in the exact same condition as when received: unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and with all labels intact.
The product to be exchanged is still available in stock.
If the item you wish to exchange is no longer available, you may:
Choose another item from our website of equal value;
Select a product of higher value and pay the price difference;
Select a product of lower value, in which case we will refund the difference, or;
Request a voucher equivalent to the value of the original product, valid for one year from the date of issue.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in perfect condition, as originally received.
If the product shows signs of use, damage, alteration, or is missing original packaging or labels, lunaperegrino.com reserves the right to withhold the full amount paid as compensation.

Extra Duty Cost for Outside EU Shoppers
Outside EU you may need to pay import duty costs at your own expense, charged by your local customs.
lunaperegrino.com only pays for delivery costs when the default free shipping option applies, meaning import duties are not included in the free shipping option. And as the eventual extra duty charges are not under the control of lunaperegrino.com, being strictly a local government process and ruling, we highly advise all costumers to previously check with their local customs agency the exact amount of additional duty costs will be charged, if applied.
